MLS LISTING COORDINATION $275

Contract to Close offers Listing Packages at a per listing, flat fee.   We use a highly customizable project management system to coordinate and manage all aspects of your listing needs.  The Listing Package can be tailored to fit your business model -  including but not limited to the following services:

  • Ensure Broker Compliance on all Files

  • Create Calendar of Listing Timeline Received from Agent - Send Invites to Agent and Sellers

  • Turn in Listing Agreement and Seller Docs to the Brokerage/Compliance System

  • Assist with Disclosure Completion

  • If Applicable, Schedule/Arrange TISH Inspection - Provide Waiver Forms

  • Coordinate Stager, as applicable

  • Schedule Photographer

  • If Applicable, Order a Home Warranty

  • Order Installation of Sign

  • Enter Listing into MLS

  • Once live, upload Photos, Supplements, and Open Houses to MLS

  • Manage Listing Status on MLS

  • Complete ShowingTime

  • Social Media Post for New Listings

  • Additional Services may be Available Upon Request
